You may return interior decoration items purchased from soycozylight within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging. This gives you ample time to ensure your purchase meets your expectations.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in original, unused condition, include all original packaging and tags, be accompanied by proof of purchase, and show no signs of damage or wear. We inspect all returns to ensure they meet these standards.
To initiate a return, contact soycozylight via email or phone to request a return authorization, package the item securely in its original packaging, ship the item to our return address as provided, and allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect. We process refunds promptly to ensure you receive your money back quickly.
The following items cannot be returned: custom-made or personalized interior decoration items, items damaged due to misuse or normal wear, and items marked as final sale. We clearly mark these items at the time of purchase to avoid any confusion.
